Reentry Court Assists High Needs Parolees

The case manager makes sure that the high-needs participants get all appropriate assistance (including drug treatment and relapse prevention, as in this case).  The case managers are able to minimize the need for incarceration by being persistent in engaging the high-needs parolee, and requiring the parolee’s involvement in community-based pro-social activities on a daily basis.
